I grew up in Northern NSW in a fairly conservative, church-going family (in fact, my dad was a preacher until I was about 6). When I finished uni, I moved to Melbourne to find work, and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. It helped me to come to terms with my sexuality (something I hadn't always been comfortable with), learn about myself, and get out of my comfort zone.
I did a brief stint living in Paris and Amsterdam, but ultimately found my way back to Melbourne a couple of years ago. Now, I live here working as a copywriter, and enjoying all my favourite things which include overpriced brunches, reading, and spending time with my chosen family.

Classic (cliche): The Great Gatsby. Recently: My Year Of Rest & Relaxation by Ottessa Moshfegh.
Anything with Greta Gerwig or Kristen Wiig in it.
